​Absolutely No Dealers. Parking is on a month to month basis. No long term contracts. The parking agreement can be canceled at any time by Faith Family Community Church or the Renter. If the agreement is canceled the vehicle must be removed on or before the last day of the month. Parking is at your own risk and we assume no responsibility for theft or damage. Parking donation: $50 per month - per space. Donations must be made through the church's online giving platform on an automatically recurring basis. Late payment: If you are more than five (5) days late you risk losing your space.

RECREATIONAL PARKING AGREEMENT

​

1. I will park my vehicle in the space assigned only, unless otherwise approved.

2. I will not block access of any other vehicle's ability to safely park and exit.

3. All steps, pullouts, and outriggers must be retracted while parked.

4. No major mechanical work may be done on vehicle that could result in environmental issues (oil, fluids, etc.)

5. I understand I park at my own risk and the church is not responsible for any theft or damage.

6. All donations must be made through the church's giving platform on a monthly recurring basis.

7. I will not use the church dumpster without prior written consent.

8. I will not use FFCC property to advertise or sell my vehicle or other merchandise.

9. I understand that if I am over five (5) days late on my payment I could lose my space and must remove my vehicle upon request or risk being towed.

10. Vehicles must stay within the boundaries of their space at all times.

This agreement is short term only and can be cancelled at any time by 'Renter' or 'Tenant' with 30 day notice.
